Data Implementation Analyst

As a Data Implementation Analyst, you will partner with benefit enrollment platforms to ensure accurate, validated employee enrollment data flows into our benefit systems. You will manage multiple concurrent employer implementations, onboarding enrollments via various platforms and data feeds. Perform thorough quality reviews of enrollment data to confirm accuracy and completeness against documented requirements. Investigate and resolve enrollment, billing, and operational issues by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Support ongoing maintenance for an existing client base through file reviews, error auditing, remediation activities, and recurring reporting. Contribute to testing and validation of system enhancements, ensuring expected data behavior and protecting data security.
