Finance Operate Manager - Real Estate & Fund Accounting

Lead and coach a highly skilled team delivering private funds accounting and reporting, including GAAP, NAV, and valuation activities. Oversee monthly and quarterly financial statements, GAAP adjustments, variance analysis, and asset or fund-level reporting. Manage onboarding for new fund launches and asset acquisitions, maintain client communications, and ensure timely deliveries. Enhance reporting quality and automation, collaborate with auditors and administrators, and develop strong cross-functional relationships. Drive service delivery by managing SLAs, identifying process improvements, and leveraging technology to increase efficiency. Travel up to 15% as needed, demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, ethics, and the ability to operate across geographies.
