Project Manager, Business Administration

Plan and drive retail packaging projects from ideation through launch across internal teams, suppliers, and retailers. Coordinate data entry and task management in platforms such as Item 360, QMS, 1WS, Prospec, Arc, and Asana. Review artwork proofs against specifications and participate in line reviews to ensure on-time delivery. Lead weekly status meetings with suppliers and sales teams, and monitor dotcom activity to update content. Manage production case reviews, samples, and shipment logistics while onboarding new vendors and retailers. Maintain accurate documentation, track regulatory initiatives, and foster proactive cross-functional collaboration.
