Front Desk Wellness Specialist

Drive exceptional guest experiences as the Front Desk Wellness Specialist, serving as the face of wellness services. Greet clients, guide them through services, and manage bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone and in-person. Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in the POS system, and conduct engaging tours. Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care while promoting service packages and memberships. Support store operations with opening/closing procedures, maintain a safe, clean environment, and embody core values. Leverage membership-based sales experience to drive conversions and retention, delivering a fun, wellness-focused culture.
