RN Med/Surg Tele Nights Per Diem Network Float Pool

RN provides Med/Surg telemetry care across multiple campuses in a per diem, night-shift network float pool. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications, establish IV access, and monitor telemetry to guide patient care. Develop and contribute to individualized care plans; document observations and outcomes; coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Deliver patient and family education, promote discharge planning and follow-up, and ensure safety and quality through evidence-based practice. Provide guidance to nursing staff and students; precept new hires and contribute to competency development. Requires at least 2 years of telemetry experience, 1 year RN experience for float roles; BLS; and stroke care knowledge (NIHSS and protocols).
