Director, Human Resources
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide strategic guidance to support growth and lead the delivery of HR services across talent acquisition, associate relations, training, performance management, and development planning. Direct and develop a high-performance HR team while driving organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Serve as a strategic advisor on leadership effectiveness, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance engagement and results. Champion employee engagement and change management initiatives, implementing effective communication plans to align teams with goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies, manage investigations and employee relations, and monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
