Registered Nurse RN Per Diem PRN

Provide and coordinate patient care as a registered nurse on a per diem basis across diverse clinical settings. Assess patients by reviewing vitals and history, performing exams, and interpreting labs and tests; document findings in EMR/EHR. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other treatments; perform procedures as needed and respond to emergencies. Educate patients and families, advocate for patients, maintain HIPAA compliance, and uphold infection control standards. Work independently or as part of a team on 12-hour shifts, with required BLS/CPR and appropriate licensing.
