The Senior HR Specialist leads performance management within the Integrated Talent Management Framework (ITMF), aligning practices with organizational priorities. Designs, implements, and continuously improves performance management processes and systems across the organization. Links performance outcomes to career development, learning, and mobility opportunities to foster a strong leadership pipeline. Uses performance data to inform succession planning, workforce decisions, and accountability mechanisms while upholding transparency and merit. Provides technical leadership and expert advisory services on program design, regulation interpretation, and handling complex and precedent-setting cases. Collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a diverse, global environment, exercising diplomacy and objective judgment.
