Compliance Lead - Affordable Housing

Oversee HUD and LIHTC compliance across properties, including Move-Ins, annual and interim recertifications. Monitor re-certification processes and ensure timely completion; keep state monitoring databases up to date monthly. Prepare for MOR, LIHTC audits, and other agency reviews; maintain compliant documentation and forms. Ensure adherence to all program guidelines, HUD and LIHTC requirements; monitor EIV compliance. Coordinate license renewals and disclosures; assist with HUD rent increase paperwork, including utility allowance baselines. Deliver excellent resident service, train staff, travel to properties, and produce accurate reporting with Yardi and Excel.
