Med-Surg Registered Nurse

Provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures in a Med-Surg/Acute Care setting. Deliver routine treatments, post-operative care, and administer medications per orders. Assess changes in health status and respond promptly to patient needs with critical thinking. Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and the care team. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements include an active RN license, BLS certification, degree from an accredited program, and 18 months of recent Med-Surg acute care experience.
