Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing plant team; resolve employee issues and maintain a collaborative work environment. Ensure equipment reliability with regular maintenance, timely repairs, and strategic replacements as needed. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, waste reduction, and strict compliance with safety procedures.
