Client Accounting Specialist

This onsite role in North Scottsdale, AZ supports a portfolio of clients across industries, delivering comprehensive accounting services. Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations. Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and support budgeting and forecasting. Execute month-end and year-end closes across multiple entities while remaining flexible for peak tax season.
