Vendor Compliance Analyst Design Assistant

Oversee vendor compliance across routing, delivery, packaging, labeling, and ASN requirements to ensure consistent execution. Manage vendor chargebacks from assessment through dispute resolution and cost recovery. Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and operational reports to identify trends. Investigate root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to minimize disruption. Maintain and enforce the Vendor Routing Guide and related compliance guidelines, serving as primary vendor contact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution Centers, Inventory Management, and Retail Operations to improve compliance and reduce downstream impact; contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
