Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual

Serve as the primary bilingual liaison handling inbound customer inquiries in English and Spanish to ensure clear, timely communication. Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and delivery tracking in CRM/ERP systems. Prepare invoicing, packing slips, and bill of lading while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Advise customers on how to best leverage the product/service to meet their needs, driving customer success. Address complaints with practical solutions and a positive, can-do attitude. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment and prompt client updates.
