Registered Nurse RN - New Graduate Surgical Unit

The RN on the Surgical Unit joins a fast-paced team to deliver direct patient care in a 25 private-room unit in Casper, WY. The New Graduate RN Residency provides structured clinical mentorship, including precepted experiences and a strong emphasis on competency development. Program activities include simulation training, competency validation, Cerner EMR orientation, and hands-on skills labs. Shifts are three 12-hour days per week with weekend and holiday rotations, with self-scheduling after orientation. Requirements include current RN licensure, BLS, up to 12 months of RN experience, and BSN preferred (ADN accepted at select locations).
