Set up your station and assist with prep to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes. Follow recipes and directions from the Chef or Sous Chef while contributing your creativity where appropriate. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen workspace. Cook food using a variety of methods and manage proper timing for each dish. Prepare ingredients and set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering to prevent shortages.
