Develop, deliver, and oversee training programs for cross-functional teams to ensure consistent regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, risk, and operations to implement robust governance and controls. Analyze regulatory changes, assess impact, and update policy frameworks to maintain compliance and audit readiness. Strong US GAAP interpretation, accounting degree, and collaborative mindset are preferred.
