Account Executive / Executive Recruiter – Skilled Trades (Blue-Collar)
This role blends 50% business development and 50% recruiting, focusing on blue-collar staffing with Journeyman Electricians. Generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and tailor staffing solutions to labor needs. Hunt, prospect, and cold-call to acquire new client accounts; maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM and campaigns. Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and temp-to-hire terms; coordinate with operations to forecast labor demand. Source and evaluate Journeyman Electricians; screen, interview, onboard, deploy, and manage candidates through the full hiring cycle. Track activity in CRM/ATS, maintain candidate pipelines, ensure compliance and safety onboarding, and thrive in remote work.
