Compliance Officer

Lead and execute the compliance work plan within the Division of Developmental Disabilities, focusing on program integrity. Conduct complex internal investigations and audits; develop and monitor corrective action plans. Develop and maintain databases and auditing tools for data mining, trend analysis, and regulatory reporting. Prepare educational materials on compliance topics and support the Compliance Committee. Support external audits to determine compliance with Federal, State, and CMS/CFR requirements; advise on improvements. Process allegations of fraud, waste and abuse and manage confidential hotline cases.
