Senior Analyst, Data Analytics & Reporting

The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics & Reporting is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting data requirements and technical specifications to guide developers and deliver accurate analytics solutions. Owns reporting requirements, data mapping, rationalization, and governance processes in collaboration with business partners to ensure data quality and operational governance. Partners with business and functional leads to ensure understanding of deployed code, including training end users on mapping documents and reports. Coordinates with analysts to align middleware solutions across domains and creates software mapping documents, transformations, and algorithms. Develops and presents metrics and executive summaries from entity relationships, logical architectures, and dashboards; defines data lineage and testing scripts. Builds dashboards and reports with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx), analyzes large data warehouses, and supports Agile project delivery.
