Registered Nurse RN Per Diem PRN - $40.25-$61 per hour

As a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN), you provide and coordinate patient care across diverse settings using your clinical expertise. Responsibilities include assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, documenting in EMR/EHR, and communicating care plans with the team. Administer medications, perform IV therapy, wound care, specimen collection, and respond to emergencies per facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians and licensed staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and deliver shift handoff reports using SBAR. Uphold HIPAA, protect PHI, maintain infection control standards, and educate patients and families on health management. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay, with shifts commonly lasting 12 hours.
