Customer Support Specialist
Provide frontline customer service for assigned accounts, ensuring a premier customer experience. Interact daily with customers, production, logistics, and inside sales to respond to inquiries and process orders. Enter orders from multiple channels (EDI, PH Connect, phone, fax, email) with accuracy in MSSV and support quoting via Siebel/Price Book. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Planning to confirm lead times and min/max quantities acceptable for all parties. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on technical, quality, and data needs, and manage stock availability and freight quotes. Maintain small to medium accounts, monitor performance against objectives, and contribute to team results through effective communication and problem-solving.
