Part-Time Onsite IT Support Consultant

Part-Time Onsite IT Support Consultant needed to visit client sites in the Metro Area for on-site troubleshooting and technology deployment. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and servers, with remote assistance as needed. Install and troubleshoot Windows environments (XP/7 and Windows Server 2003/2008), Active Directory, Exchange, DNS. Address network concerns, configure TCP/IP settings, and troubleshoot related issues on switches and routers. Maintain strong customer communication, document work performed, and identify technology solutions aligned with client support needs. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of IT support experience, relevant certifications are a plus, and Spanish language skills are a bonus.
