HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will address complex employee relations issues, collaborate with managers to improve communication and resolve workplace concerns, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, recommend and implement strategies for performance management and policy violations, utilize HR systems (payroll, benefits, and recruitment platforms) to streamline processes and ensure accuracy, promote compliance with company policies and legal regulations including accommodations and workplace standards, empower managers to address performance and behavioral concerns with confidence, navigate challenging employee situations with professionalism and integrity, support organizational goals by fostering accountability and continuous improvement, and coordinate with leadership to make recommendations on terminations and disciplinary actions when necessary across the Houston and Austin markets.
