Staff AI/ML Engineer

Own and drive the design and architecture of AI/ML lifecycle tooling, focusing on UX and agentic workflows that boost MLE productivity. Build backend integrations to deliver a unified experience across data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Improve system observability, debuggability, and operational excellence while upholding security and compliance standards. Define metrics and roadmaps to scale performance, reduce latency, and enable rapid development and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust frontend (React) and backend solutions; review designs and pull requests. Mentor technical talent, drive innovation, and travel to partner sites as needed to align initiatives.
