Logistics Coordinator II

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, delivering actionable insights. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports with pivot tables, charts, and formulas to support decision-making. Serve as a liaison among internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure clear communication and issue resolution. Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and logistics documentation to meet policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve delays, discrepancies, and shortages in a fast-paced environment, contributing to overall supply chain performance.
