Sales Team Member
The role sells and services new and existing accounts, supporting targeted markets and programs to meet monthly goals. Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound outreach to sell products, resolve issues, and answer questions. Prepare, review, and monitor documents such as estimates, contracts, and quotes. Engage current and prospective customers via phone or email to introduce products and arrange payment terms. Maintain and update customer accounts in the CRM, and process payments (cash, checks, and cards) while providing advisory support. Deliver product demonstrations, engage in technical discussions, attend sales meetings, and stay current on market developments to ensure customer satisfaction.
