Senior Software Engineer - Video Signalling

Design, implement, and maintain video signalling protocols and server components for real-time video calls (WebRTC, SIP, RTCP/RTP) in a scalable distributed system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, low-latency media experiences while ensuring secure transmission and privacy compliance. Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers. Stay current with advances in real-time communications and video technologies; diagnose and resolve signalling and media issues; build tooling for call quality and debugging (logs, traces). Participate in backlog refinement, estimate work, and engage in Agile ceremonies. Support video services on-call duties and contribute to a resilient, on-demand video platform.
