Financial Analyst/Accountant

Detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Accountant responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate numbers into actionable business insights. Develop budgeting, forecasting, and scenario models; monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against plan. Support month-end close by validating accruals, revenue recognition, and expense classifications; analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Track project and client profitability, create executive dashboards, and drive operational efficiency initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen controls, data accuracy, and forecasting accuracy.
