Licensed Architect Designer

Create, develop, and design architectural floor plans and elevation plans for high-end residential products. Exercise independent judgment in architectural concepts and evaluate plans for functionality, accuracy, cost, and efficiency. Analyze preliminary designs for cost compliance, value engineering, and design efficiency, and present recommendations to management. Coordinate design implementation with CAD producers and collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure workflow accuracy. Maintain licensure as a Texas-licensed Architect through continuing education and conduct field reviews of products and competitive benchmarks. Stay current on market demands across major Texas metropolitan areas and customer requests.
