Implement rigorous curricula and activities to meet high academic standards across Pre-K through 12. Analyze assessments and use data to inform and tailor instruction for each student’s needs. Create a positive, structured learning environment aligned with core values, high expectations, and conduct policies. Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in orientation and school-wide instructional training. Demonstrate a relentless commitment to urban youth achievement, continuous improvement, and reflective practice.
