Sr. Director, Compensation and HRIS
Provide strategic leadership for compensation and HRIS, shaping executive and general compensation programs and People Analytics capabilities. Align total rewards with the organization’s strategic plan, governance expectations, and annual budget through close partnership with senior HR leadership. Design and optimize executive, general, and sales incentive plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent while benchmarking against market data. Develop job architectures, career paths, succession planning, and governance with the Board and executive leadership. Oversee HRIS strategy and analytics, drive monthly dashboards, data governance, and a central HR service center for data-driven decisions. Lead with inclusive leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on talent outcomes, engagement, and compliance.
