Director, Internal Audit Professional Practices

Act as a primary change agent for the internal audit function, guiding strategy, quality assurance, and process improvements. Oversee the QA program, audit management systems, and the development of methodologies, policies, and procedures aligned with IIA standards. Drive data analytics and AI capabilities within IA to support risk assessment and auditing efficiencies. Interface with regulators, rating agencies, and senior management, including reporting to the Audit Committee. Lead talent efforts in attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing professionals and ensure training and development. Ensure successful delivery of audit engagements by coordinating with leadership and maintaining strict confidentiality.
