3D Modeling Specialist - Concrete Construction

Develop accurate 3D models of structural concrete components including foundations, slabs, columns, walls, tilt-up panels, and embeds. Produce rebar models and shop drawings from structural plans to support fabrication and field execution. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and superintendents to ensure model accuracy and constructability. Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP and structural disciplines using BIM tools. Generate quantity takeoffs directly from models and assist with sequencing and 4D planning. Maintain and update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design revisions, field changes, and prefabrication needs.
