Human Resources Assistant
Assist with onboarding and integration tasks, including pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and drug tests for new hires. Coordinate adjudication steps pending results of screenings and manage I-9 processing with reverification as needed. Enter new hire data into the HRIS, schedule orientation and trainings, and maintain personnel files and records. Support recruiters with job postings, interview logistics, travel arrangements, and processing of related travel expenses. Generate HRIS reports, assist internal audits of I-9s and employee data, and ensure compliance with labor law posters. Organize calendars, schedule meetings, support training sessions, and perform general administrative duties with discretion and confidentiality.
