Drive outbound prospecting in a defined hospitality territory, targeting hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, and casinos. Balance new business development (approx. 70%) with expansion within existing accounts (approx. 30%), increasing share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling. Build and manage a robust pipeline using internal tools and external sources, guiding prospects from discovery to close. Execute multi-step outreach cadences using platforms like Salesloft and Salesforce, logging activity and reporting on pipeline health. Engage with key decision-makers (General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, Directors of Operations) to tailor solutions to their needs. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, stay current on hospitality trends, and drive sustainable water solutions.
