Supply Chain Director

Own and optimize global supply chain operations spanning imports, domestic transportation, and third-party warehousing. Drive end-to-end import execution with compliance, timeliness, and cost control, coordinating customs, brokers, and regulatory needs. Oversee domestic transportation, freight claims, carrier performance, and cost-to-serve optimization. Direct warehouse contracts and performance, ensuring service levels, compliance, and effective stock rotation. Provide hands-on leadership to Imports, Logistics, and Warehousing teams, and collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Sales. Use data-driven analysis to identify risks, implement improvements, and align supply chain activities with business objectives.
