Jr. Buyer (Part-Time) - Purchasing / Supply Chain

Support purchasing activities by placing orders based on Bills of Materials and coordinating with vendors. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock to support production schedules. Track open purchase orders, follow up on delivery commitments, and maintain accurate records. Provide accounting support by entering vendor bills and assisting with accounts payable and cost documentation. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize material shortages and keep builds on track. Perform general administrative tasks related to supply chain operations and vendor communications.
