This role serves as a strategic execution partner embedded within Field and Supply Chain Operations, directly supporting senior business-unit leaders. Responsibilities include aligning operating rhythms, preparing executive-ready materials, and driving follow-through on actions and decisions. You will support operational programs and initiatives, clarify scope and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional contributors to maintain momentum. Project support across a portfolio, applying disciplined, lightweight program management practices while escalating risks early. You will create structure in ambiguity, develop templates and tools, and support change management to improve visibility and accountability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program coordination or operations, with experience supporting senior leaders and working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
