Manages bed control, admissions, discharges, and transfers to support timely care and bed availability. Monitors service quality, patient satisfaction, and safety, coordinating with executives and departments to drive outcomes. Ensures policy compliance and regulatory readiness, mentors others, and leads continuous process improvements. Requires RN licensure with leadership experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
