Collaborates with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Analytics to define business questions, design analyses, and build performance dashboards; evaluates campaign ROI and optimization opportunities. Applies strong statistical rigor and advanced marketing analytics to healthcare enrollment flows (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) and provider engagement. Leverages enterprise data platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe AEP/CJA, Tableau) and data-wrangling tools (SQL, Dataiku, Python/R) to deliver data-driven recommendations. Partners with content, product, and technology teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across web, social, and mobile channels. Maintains HIPAA/data governance awareness, communicates findings to stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
