Operate in a fast-paced development environment, contributing from concept through construction documentation. Assist in site planning and early-stage design studies while producing coordinated construction documents. Support permit submittals and respond to jurisdictional comments, coordinating with MEP, structural, and civil consultants. Develop high-quality renderings, visualizations, and video walkthroughs to communicate design intent. Support predevelopment research, budgeting input, and project strategy with an ownership-driven mindset. Bring Revit expertise, working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD, and rendering capabilities with familiarity of building codes and ADA.
