Develop and implement standardized inspection processes for ALPS constraints, labor plan assumptions, and quality across all sites. Create automated reporting that flags planner oversights and planning defects impacting total cost to serve. Monitor volume forecasting accuracy (WAPE) and partner with Network Audits to improve forecasting. Audit labor plan solutions for issues such as unnecessary new hire locks, suboptimal backlog solving, and VET/VTO utilization. Build and maintain Accountability Scorecards and forecast-to-actual analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Planning, Site Finance, Operations, PXT, and Supply Chain to align guidance and communicate labor-planning trade-offs to stakeholders, targeting >90% attribution accuracy for ALPS inputs.
