UI React Frontend Developer

Lead frontend delivery and collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to translate outcomes into scalable UI solutions. Set a high bar for code quality, reliability, and exceptional user experiences while guiding architecture, testing, and documentation. Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and establish engineering hygiene through pull requests, design reviews, and test automation. Partner closely with Agile teams to ensure delivery velocity and strong stakeholder alignment. Required: 5+ years in frontend engineering with 3+ years in React and TypeScript; deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise; experience with frontend architecture patterns at scale and monorepos (Nx); strong testing across unit, functional, and integration levels. Nice-to-have: GenAI/Copilot integration, NGINX, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure), API design, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
