Customer Service Representative - Earn up to 1500.00 in sign on Bonus
Act as the first point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and families, carefully evaluating the purpose of each call. Assess needs, prioritize handling, and triage calls to the appropriate resources within a multidisciplinary team. Enroll new customers and explain program initiatives while maintaining accurate data in the patient database. Record activities and follow up to secure services such as product training or mailed materials by coordinating with physicians’ offices, pharmacies, and other external entities. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, solving problems, multitasking, and managing time with strong judgment and customer service skills. Complete various special projects as required and continuously apply feedback to improve service delivery.
