Employee Relations Manager

Provides HR consultation and guidance on complex employee relations matters for parishes, schools, and academies. Acts as a bridge between management and staff, offering coaching to leaders, including religious clergy, on employee relations. Conducts timely investigations, interviews relevant parties, gathers documentation, and articulates findings. Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and guides disciplinary actions and policy implementation. Analyzes ER data, develops dashboards, identifies trends, and presents actionable insights to leadership. Collaborates with HR, supports training programs, remains confidential, and promotes positive employee engagement.
