Auditor, IRIS Functional Screening

Perform auditing support for long-term care screening processes to ensure quality and cost-effective care. Review, process, assign, and track LTCFS requests and resolve cross-validation issues between PCST and LTCFS per DHS policy. Complete internal audits, identify trends, and provide summaries to drive training and process improvements. Generate data reports, maintain screening data in the program data system, and support the LTCFS team with inquiries. Assist with new-hire orientation, training of screening specialists, and internal quality reviews. Support fair hearing statements and participate in required local travel as state/contract requires.
