Warehouse Operator

Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading with certified equipment as needed. Follow SOPs and WMS instructions to ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets. Support floor operations by assisting Team Leads, assigning tasks, training new hires, coaching on SOPs, and serving as on-floor point of contact. Maintain safety and quality by enforcing rules, reporting risks or damaged goods, upholding 5S standards, and assisting with cycle counts. Communicate operational issues to leadership and contribute to basic reporting and seamless shift handoffs. Compensation includes $20-$23 per hour with overtime opportunities, health benefits, PTO/holidays, and opportunities for career growth within operations.
