Associate Director, Forecasting

Lead the design and implementation of forecasting processes for specialty biotech and rare-disease drugs. Collaborate with commercial, medical, supply chain, and clinical teams to ensure forecasts align with business objectives. Deliver accurate market forecasts and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making. Manage cross-functional inputs, data quality, and governance to ensure robust forecasting models. Develop and optimize forecasting tools and models using statistical methods and market insights. Require 6+ years in biotech/pharma forecasting and a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees preferred.
