Finance Customer Service

Assist clients by educating them on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement options. Own inbound client inquiries, resolve complex issues, and advocate for solutions that best serve the client. Participate in a paid training program and a service training academy to obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. Enjoy flexible evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with compensation and the potential for remote work after training. Collaborate with a supportive, cross-functional team focused on outstanding client service and growth.
